Terms and Conditions
1) Eligibility
- The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. The prize draw is restricted to registered electricians/contractors.
- The prize draw is not open to employees of Scolmore Group, their families, or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
2) How to enter and entry period
- The competition opens at 00:01 AM on 1st November 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM on 30th November 2026. No entries received outside of this window will be accepted.
- Entries are only accepted via Instagram post. Submissions on LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), or other platforms will not be accepted.
- To enter, participants must tag @scolmore_group in a photo post on their own Instagram page, of a Scolmore Group product.
3) Prize
- The prize is one (1) New PlayStation 5 Console Disc (Slim Console) & (1) £100 PlayStation Store Gift Voucher
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered
4) Winner Selection
- One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid, qualifying entries within 7 working days of the closing date.
- The winner will be contacted exclusively via Direct Message (DM) from the verified @scolmore_group Instagram account. Please beware of scam accounts. We will never ask for your bank details or request you to click external links to claim your prize.
- The winner must respond and provide full details of their postal address to which the prize will be delivered to within 5 working days of notification, or an alternative winner will be selected
- If the winner does not provide details of their postal address to us within 5 working days of notification, we reserve the right to re-draw a winner of the prize draw and thereafter until a winner on these terms is found.
- Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of any prize. Scolmore Group will normally arrange delivery via one of its Area Sales Managers (ASMs). If you request an alternative method of delivery, Scolmore Group accepts no responsibility for any prize that is lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
- To comply with legal requirements to prove a prize was awarded, the winner's social media handle, surname, and/or county will be published on @scolmore_group Instagram channel on the announcement date. The winner has the right to object to this publication, or request that the amount of information shared be reduced, by contacting the Promoter at the time of prize notification.
5) General
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the Instagram/Meta Terms of Use.
- By entering, participants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive license to share or repost their Instagram handle as winner of this competition on Scolmore Group channels. The personal data or imagery of the winner will not be used for any other purposes without further explicit consent.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, entrants confirm that they are 18+ years of age, release Instagram or Meta of responsibility, and agree to Instagram/Meta’s terms of use.
