The Scolmore Group is confident of success at this year’s Electrical Industry Awards, with Scolmore and ESP having been selected as finalists across seven categories.
In the product categories, Scolmore has been shortlisted for the Residential/Domestic Product of the Year with its Inceptor Omni Tricolour Fire-rated Downlight and for the Commercial Product of the Year with the Inceptor EVO LED Bulkhead. The work the company has been doing with local councils is also paying dividends with Edinburgh Council on the shortlist for the Electrical Project of the Year and Stirling Council for the Lighting Project of the Year. The popular Scolmore App is also on the awards shortlist for the Electrical App of the Year.
ESP has been successful with both entries submitted. The Duceri 3W hinged LED Bulkhead has been selected for the Commercial Product of the Year and the GuardCam Deco Wi-Fi Security Floodlight for the Residential Product Category.
Comments group marketing director, Marie Parry: “To have achieved finalist status within seven categories for this prestigious industry event is a fantastic achievement and testimony to all the effort that goes in from everyone here to continue to develop innovative, time-saving solutions that help contractors do their jobs more quickly and more safely. We are particularly excited with the success within the lighting and electrical projects categories with the work we are doing with Edinburgh and Stirling councils.”
