Ovia are seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Midlands to support the sales team in achieving sales targets and delivery of the turnover budget for the region.
The Regional Sales Manager – Midlands will develop and maintain strong working relationships with key customers within the region and will manage the regional expenditure budget including updating of the required records. In addition to this, the Regional Sales Manager has responsibility for arranging, supporting and attending relevant customer events and meetings across the region.
The Regional Sales Manager – Midlands will have line manager responsibility for the Area Sales Managers within the respective region, including providing the necessary advice, guidance and support to relevant team members to ensure they are fully equipped to carry out their duties to a satisfactory standard. The Regional Sales Manager is also responsible for providing relevant and detailed feedback against the results and requirements of the team, as part of managing the performance of the team.
